About the District
The Concord Metropolitan District is located 22 miles south of downtown Denver in unincorporated Douglas County. It was organized in 1999 and is governed by a five member elected Board of Directors. The Concord Metropolitan District is a master-planned community supporting business, retail, educational, and healthcare providers.

Notices
The District Board of Directors have scheduled regular meetings for 2024: February 7, May 1, August 7, and November 6 at 12:00 p.m., noon. The meetings are held both at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP 8390 E. Crescent Pkwy., Ste. 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 and via video teleconference.
